This Privacy Policy describes how Just Yukti (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and stores information when you use the ISO 14971 Risk Management Analyzer (“the App”).
1. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address and display name. We also collect device metadata you enter (device name, type, intended use, description, class, patient contact type) and optional feedback ratings and comments.
We do not store the documents you upload. Files are processed in memory and discarded after your session.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and maintain your session
- To associate analysis sessions with your account
- To improve the App based on feedback
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third party.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on Google Cloud (asia-south1 region, India). Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@justyukti.com.
