Brings over 15 years of expertise across healthcare, wellness, consumer goods, green tech, and infrastructure. She has collaborated with public and private entities, scaling startups, invention, and enabling impact. Her experience spans designing and executing projects and programs, fundraising efforts, and meticulous vetting. Known for her strategic clarity, efficiency and operational excellence, Pooja’s interdisciplinary approach ensures practical, results-driven solutions. With a reputation for navigating complex challenges she is a trusted professional committed to fostering innovation and delivering sustainable success.

Divya Ajitsaria

Divya Ajitsaria is an interdisciplinary healthcare strategist with over 15 years of experience spanning brand strategy, product and market development, regulation, health technology assessment (HTA), and venture capital.

She began her career in brand and marketing across sectors, building a strong foundation in credibility, positioning, and decision-making. Over time, her work moved deeply into healthcare, expanding from brand into product strategy, regulatory pathways, and evidence-led evaluation- reflecting a shift from communication to systems, outcomes, and accountability.

Divya has also worked as a venture capitalist, investing in vertical SaaS, with direct experience in investment evaluation and portfolio thinking. Today, through Just Yukti, she works with founders, startups, clinicians, institutions, and governments to support healthcare innovation with strategic rigor and cross-disciplinary judgment.
